A rare German Partridge tureen and cover, modelled seated at lodge its upper body, head and wings forming the cover, delicately painted in tones of brown, grey and puce showing the feathers to a high naturalistic detail, its legs and claws picked out in yellow.

Length: 6 ¾ ins (17.2cms)
