FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE,
LONDON, August 5th : The youngest of the four annual Haughton fairs in New York, The International Art + Design Fair celebrates the strength of the market for modernist works of art, with participating exhibitors including many of the finest names in the field. With the proliferation of so many international fairs, both in New York and around the globe, it is uniquely positioned at the epicentre of the most influential and dynamic design happening today. Since founded in 1999, the fair has become one of the world’s premier showcases for art and design from 1900 to the present, with its prime location on New York’s Upper East Side, enabling it to establish itself, in a relatively short time, as “the” platform in New York City for design dealers and for some of the hottest international galleries on the scene today. As such it has also become a compelling attraction for the growing band of 20th century and contemporary collectors worldwide. Alll exhibits are for sale and all have been strictly vetted for authenticity and quality by a committee of independent specialists in their respective fields. Exhibiting dealers from all over the world, including the United States and Europe and, this year also the Middle East, consistently present an inspiring and exciting selection of works of art. Extraordinary 20th century classic and vintage pieces, alongside stunning contemporary works of art and design, are offered for sale to connoisseurs, collectors, curators, decorators and members of the visiting public.
