Art Antiques London had much to celebrate when its doors closed on Wednesday 15th June after eight very busy days. The Fair acted as a magnet for collectors and connoisseurs with many established buyers visiting the Fair.

A true “Collector’s fair” in the heart of London

Highly Anticipated Second Annual Edition Confirms Over 70 Dealers and Welcomes Important New International Participants.

At the inaugural Fair sales were strong and the total visitor figure of 14,500 gave a visitor ratio of 230 visitors per stand, the highest of any of the June Fairs. The Fair's undoubted success is attracting interest from both the UK and abroad. Brian Haughton comments that "We were delighted with the launch of Art Antiques London last year.. the aspects of the Fair that people most enjoyed were its size, location and its wide range of objects. The 2011 fair will build on the successes of last year's fair by adding exciting new dealers and collecting areas. Our expanded lecture programme and partnerships will further enhance the experience for collectors, curators and dealers."

Fair Weather at the Armory

The International Fine Art & Antique Dealers Show dazzles crowds at the Park Avenue Armory
 --works of art spanning continents and millennia, the 22nd edition delivers rich variety and strong sales --

Sixty-five of the world's most influential art and antique dealers converged on the Park Avenue Armory, October 22-28, 2010 to participate in the 22nd annual International Fine Art & Antique Dealers Show, a greatly anticipated event of the New York fall season.  The prestigious "International Show" - which is the flagship fair organized by Anna and Brian Haughton - has retained its position as the premier showcase in America for top dealers from Europe and the United States for more than two decades.

Excellent sales and buoyant atmosphere reported at inaugural Fair

Art Antiques London opened its doors to the public on June 10th, following a highly successful private preview and glamorous First Night Party in aid of The Bush Theatre on 9th June. The two events attracted around 1,800 people.

The Fair, which won plaudits for its spacious and elegant presentation, played host to 63 international specialists from a wide range of disciplines. The Fair was busy from the outset and maintained a steady flow of visitors throughout. The final visitor figure for the Fair was in excess of 14,000.
